Speaking & workshops

Make the complex feel approachable.

Good technical communication gives people a way in — and a practical next step.

From understanding to confidence.

My technical learning work has involved international engineers, subject-matter experts and service audiences. Through Pickado, I owned delivery of 100+ courses for Lenovo programmes and delivered live technical sessions, including a global session with 50+ participants.

My earlier public communication includes student representation and a Brussels keynote within a 2019 youth-participation initiative. Those are different audiences, with the same need for clarity and a reason to care.
